Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and it will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
